KEYS! KEYS! KEYS! We’ve got them in the thousands, tens of thousands! With over 2000 different types ready to greet you at our shop we are sure to have the one you need. If we haven’t got it we will endeavour to get it. Gawler Lock and Key Service uses only the best and most up-to-date machinery in the world. From computerised P/C interactive machines to the much less complicated duplicating machines. Using predominantly ‘Silca’ brand key blanks and only ‘Silca’ manufactured equipment we generate keys that we can guarantee to work as well, if not better than the original. All staff are continuously kept up to date and trained with programming, maintenance and operational calibration. From automotive, residential, utility and high security keys, we’ve got it covered. An extensive range of ‘older’ style keys are available, ready to be hand crafted for that lovely old cabinet, safe or door lock.

Current vehicles run complex computers and any interference with them can be catastrophic. The use of proper diagnostic equipment is vital. A vehicles ‘fried’ computer can cost thousands of dollars to replace, let alone the inconvenience. Key generation should only be carried out by qualified technicians. We are most knowledgeable in these fields and take every precaution to ensure you and your car can motor on. Ultimately there are not too many vehicles we can’t cope with, but it always pays to call ahead and make an appointment, thus ensuring an informed and timely solution.

Older vehicles are welcome too. We take great pride in repairing and restoring locks in the ‘classic’ vehicles. Be it a 1969 Holden HT Monaro, a 1971 Ford XYGTHO or a 1934 Buick Roadster, BRING IT IN!! We will do everything we can to keep them going and up to original condition.
